The Pykes at the top may object, so Kay can either talk with her fists, her blaster, or the time-honored art of not being seen.

At the top of the ladder, move forward along the platform and look left. A box hangs nearby, and a switch sits to its left. Activate the switch, and the box starts moving like it has somewhere important to be. Jump and grab the hand-holds on the box's edge.

Ride the box until it stops, then climb onto the nearby platform. With her back to the box drop-off point, Tizlak's Vault Keycard is in the right-hand corner.
